Will There Be October Weakness Before a Year End Run?

(9/19/23) What's wrong with prepping for September? Fed meeting preview; earnings season is all but done, oil prices are creeping up, most over-bought commodity, so look for a pullback; Dovish Fed & Market consolidation continues w suppressed volatility. Will there be weakness in October to set up for run into the end of the year? (Charts & graphs) Why Fed GDP growth projections are too high (and never correct). Lower inflation gives Fed room to not raise rates yet; odds of market shock are low. The problem with data is the lag effect: It's all early guesswork. Are ETF's good for the markets, long-term? Why issue an ETF as a loss-leader? (How do issuers make money on ETF's?? Liquidity in Order-flow (there's no free lunch). At what point does market distortion by EFT's become a problem?
