Major Market Review | Three Minutes on Markets & Money 9/1/21

(9/1/21) Major Markets starting a new month following the S&P setting of 55 new records in 2021...fo far. Seven consecutive months of positive results begs the question--what's next? NASDAQ performance has mirrored the S&P, thanks to FAANG stocks making up more than 50% of the index. Emerging markets, however, are well confined, offering no reason for additional exposure. The continued supply crisis is weighing on export-focused companies in this sector. International markets are looking somewhat better, not hurting, but not helping you, either.
Small Caps not doing much so far; Mid Caps look a bit better, but not much. Liquidity remains a reall issue for investors.
