Markets need to set new highs, but there are negative concerns, as money flows are in decline. Watch 10-year rates for clues as discounts to equities. Bigger negative concerns as weekly money flows set up for sell signals in conjunction with a market correction. Downward pressure on prices can cap any gains markets achieve.
