Can “Buy-the-Dip’ers” Drive Markets Higher? | Three Minutes on Markets & Money 9/15/21

(9/15/21) After last week's blood bath, is it time to buy-in to markets' dip? Markets are fairly over-sold on a short-term basis; money flows have declined, and stocks are looking for support: Can they hold at this level?? Current market advances and declines have been worked off to levels normally associated with buying opportunities. Sector corrections have been bouncing all over the board. Long term, markets' uptrend has been well-defined, and a correction breaking the support line back towards the 200-DMA shows plenty of room for markets to decline. How will FOMO factor into market activity? Can buy-the-dip'ers drive markets back up to all-time highs?
