I found my passion, only to discover after making it something I got paid to do, it put a burden on it and it was no longer as enjoyable as it was when I did it for fun only. The business part put a burden on my passion I don't think it could bear.

Listen Ray. I can be diplomatic and put the words together, but I'm an honest person, What I feel it I say directly. Even if in front of me is Warren Buffett. I want to work with you Ray Dalio Because I am a thinker, a planner, and the mind works, analyzes and is excellent, Especially since our passion is the same thing: understanding the system, the world how it works and making the right decisions, As for money, yes, I love & need money, But Neither you nor I need any contract, agreement, or or ..WE ABOVE ALL THIS, because we respect our word and its credibility. What i mean ( When I work with a person like you, it is an honor and a greatness, and I am not rude to ask for a number, because I know inside of me that you are fair and you will give me what you see fit, So I am not afraid or worried because I trust you and i know that you are a man with principles and a word). DID YOU UNDERSTAND MY POINT ?!
