Return of the Meme Stocks | Three Minutes on Markets & Money 8/25/21

(8/25/21) Nice market rally off the 40-DMA, but volume is dropping like a stone: Buyers are not really in the market. Following yesterday's highs, we expect markets to staganate somewhat. Meme Stocks are back in play: GameStop finding signs of life, AMC Theaters had a big day, and Robinhood, the new poster-child for meme stocks, had a nice run-up on the day. As volumes dry up, retail movement slowing, and confidence waning with a lot of sector rotation...these are signs of a later stage in advances in preparation for a correction.
