Weekly money flows remain positive; sharp rise in asset prices, combined with sharp decline in bond prices, tilting pension fund portfolios out of balance. As April arrives, expectations are for more buying pressure as pension funds take on new positions for Q-2. We're still anticipating a decline of as much as 10% later in th e summer, as expectations for stronger economic growth fail to materialize. There are now opportunities to increase exposure (energy, financials); the risks are in huge deviations from long term means.
