Market Risk is On the Rise | 3 Minutes on Markets & Money [6/8/21]

A plethora of indicators show risks in the markets outweigh the benefits: almost all metrics show an over-extension at a time when we're getting the economics at a peak level: The underpinnings of Fundamentals, Earnings, and Economics are all back to very high levels, year-over-year. Remember what last year was like?? Yet, valuations remain very stretched. There are always opportunities in the market, if you know where to look: Buy signals are elevated, and ready to turn. This all suggests a peak of activity, and increased risk of correction in the near term.
