Are markets so exuberant that all caution has been thrown to the wind? Even physicians are asking Lance when the bubble's going to burst as they're removing his stitches. And investment houses are double, triple, even quadruple-pledging assets as leverage. Back in the day, we called that cheating. These days, it's "re-hypothecation."

    Passive investing aka buy and fold, especially with etfs, who really believes that authorized participants can create AND redeem an unlimited number of shares?
