AI is an analysis process to evaluate and rank indicators for relevance. They use fast RISC processors to do that. NVDA did the hard work (CUDA) to make a usable interface that can do the rapid processing necessary for AI. Players like AMD will have to do a large amount of software development to catch NVDA,.

The fed is doing this. They aren't tightening anything. They say they are but they are the ones currently doing QE. $250,000 a piece? Couldn't they buy their own submersible for that much?

48:25 Office furniture should be on a decline. Businesses are downsizing and shrinking office space. Furniture is plentiful at the moment.

fedex earnings should be okay. they have taken alot of volume from ups because of strike threat, but wouldn't want to get in front of ups's upcoming earnings report.

AI just gonna dull our God given sense of discernment, further than the hands-on communist in our schools have already done to our kids.

Holy buckets the female talking head at CNBC came off as vacuous, at best.

And good to see “Carl” Quintinilla is the same company stooge as he was when he went by “Carlos.” I remember when they gave him a go at anchoring the evening news. Not good. 🤦🏼‍♂️

It is an incredible time to buy bonds, because not only are you getting a very good interest rate, but when bond prices begin to increase you’re gonna get more value and you’ll still get some kind of interest rate on top of it.

If you start putting money in a 401(k) and are getting a match from your company, I strongly suggest keep your money in a stable value fund because why risk the money you’re making 100% return on?

Hi, Lance, and greetings from Steamboat Springs, Colorado. You have been such a valuable mentor and teacher this past year, and I’m eternally grateful to you and your team for sharing your wisdom. Maybe we'll meet on the slopes someday.
Thanks for taking questions this week. What are some scenarios that would result in the 20- and 30-year U.S. Treasury bond yields staying high — or even higher — for multiple years to come? In other words, what's the downside risk of being all in on TLT and long-duration bonds?
