Switzerland-London direct train service gets support from French operators

Plans for a direct Switzerland–London train link moved a step closer after Swiss Federal Railways signed a memorandum of understanding with France’s SNCF and high-speed operator Eurostar. The letter of intent that has now been signed is an important milestone for the project.
