Scotch and Scholars — Jayant Bhandari’s Capitalism and Morality

Jayant Bhandari is a world-travelling investment advisor. He’s worked with Casey Research, US Global Investors, and Indian subsidiary operations of two European companies.

Somehow, he also finds time to write extensively on the culture of freedom for the Mises Institute (US and Canada), the Fraser Institute, and Liberty magazine.

Mike Reid talks with Jayant about his yearly conference in Vancouver: Capitalism and Morality: http://www.jayantbhandari.com/index_files/Seminar.htm

For a bracing read, check out Jayant’s autobiographical account of the 1984 Bhopal poison-gas disaster (https://jayant.liberty.me/bhopal-1984/), in which over ten thousand Indians died and practically the entire government fled the city.
