| During the week of Spring Break, March 2021, both Lance Roberts and I were on vacation. On Wednesday night, a water heater in an office two floors above gave up the ghost, and its water began streaming down…finding a hole in our studio ceiling, and relieving itself all over our studio furniture, audio console, computers, and other gear. We received a call early Thursday morning that we needed to “come to the office and see if we’d had any water damage.” Lance was on the ski slopes in Utah…I was in Nashville…so our Client Service Manage, Samantha, came into the office and recorded the video clips you see now… An inch of water was standing in one corner of our floor, our work top had puddles of water all over, and a steady drip, drip, drip of water continued to fall onto our audio console, even as Sam scanned the scene… Today (10/22/22) we begin in earnest removing all our damaged furnishings and gear, and replacing with a more robust setup in the process.
