I've heard that current inflation is being masked by well-off people taking out large debt at low interest to put into inflation hedges to basically 'short' the economy and that is part of what is artificially inflating markets and the metrics many economists look at. Is this a thing or just hot air? (Video Source: Economics Explained 'Hyperinflation is already here')
