What won’t change In your business?

By focusing on client value, you can align with trends and technology to deliver that value, says digital guru David Duarte at #BusinessMatters

In a world of exponentially growing technology, it’s hard to know where to start your company’s digital transformation journey.

Speaking at a recent Investec Cash Investment’s #BusinessMatters event in Johannesburg, David Duarte, founder of digital communications consultancy, Treeshake, said the first thing you need to do is to ask yourself: “What won’t change in my business?” “Because when you know that, when you’re focused on the customer value,” says Dave, “you don’t have to wait for your competitors to act. You can align with the trends on delivering that value, say it’s speed or service, and then you can start experimenting with the technologies.”
