At these places, sellers of old and rare objects hope to hit the jackpot but are mostly disappointed by the outcomes. In Switzerland, whether it’s for stamps or walnut cabinets, demand seems to be decreasing. Only extremely rare pieces still get snapped up, mostly by foreign investors, as status symbols.
