Eating 5 times a day is wrong. If you want to lose fat you have to eat more fat and less carbohydrates (which turn into sugar). This way your body is used to using fat for energy, you feel less hungry because you can easily switch from burning fats you ingest to burning stored fat. The maximum recommended carb intake is 20grams per day. So stop eating bread, pasta, sweets and ofcourse sugar. Eat more salads, meat, eggs, nuts. Also the feeding window is important. If you try to not eat for 20 hours out of the 24hours a day your body will switch to burning body fat for energy.. look up Dr Berg on youtube. This works, I've done it.
