The deposits being close to the city is huge. If a mine is in the middle.of nowhere no roads nothing the cost is massively higher. Having a city close means there are workers nearby to hire and shops, supplies, and a city to support the mine. And the mine supports the city.

You better check the lithuim charts. 6 months almost gone down almost by half lost its value. Hasnt been this low since 2021 it may have some further loss to go. But cheaper to buy now if u dont risk it might further downside to go. It may be a good opportunity to buy but gold has alot more upside at the moment.
