Margie is a veteran of the financial services industry with 30 years of portfolio management experience. She joined Alhambra Investment Partners in 2013 after serving as Vice President for six years at Rushmore Investment Advisors, Inc. Previously, Margie was an owner, Chief Operating Officer and Senior Investment Officer of Biscayne Advisors, Inc. She co-founded the predecessor firm, Investment Advisors of Key Biscayne, Inc. in 1986, subsequent to her role as Trust Investment Officer of Pan American Investment Management Corp. and Asst. Trust Investment Officer of the parent company, Pan American Bank, NA.

Margie holds a Series 65, FINRA/NASD Non-Member General Securities license and has previously taken and passed FINRA/NASD Series 7 (General Securities Rep.), Series 24 (General Securities Principal), Series 63 (Uniform Securities Agent State Law – Florida) and the State of Florida Health, Life and Variable Annuity Agent (2-15 insurance license). She has received a B.A. degree with a double major in Finance and International Business and a Master of Science in Finance degree from Florida International University. Margie is bilingual in English and Spanish.
