Energy economist James L. Williams is owner and president of WTRG Economics. He has over 30 years experience analyzing and forecasting energy markets. His initial work in the industry was as Senior Economist with El Paso Company where he developed models to forecast petrochemical prices and markets. He has taught forecasting, finance and economics at two universities, testified before Congress on energy issues and currently publishes the Energy Economist Newsletter.
