There are three ways of voting in Switzerland: By ballot, by post and via Internet. However, only 4 cantons offer electronic voting to all their citizens so far. Others only offer it to Swiss citizens abroad. Now the Confederation wants to introduce a legal basis to make electronic voting safer. (RTS/swissinfo.ch)
