Ernst Baltensperger

Ernst Baltensperger is professor emeritus of macroeconomics at the University of Berne and advisor at the Study Center Gerzensee, where he served as director from 2007 to 2009. He studied economics at the University of Zurich and received his Ph.D. in economics from Johns Hopkins University.
